If you’re wondering what to do in Vancouver this weekend, you can check out the Vancouver Motorcycle Show, starting tomorrow and running until Sunday.

There will be plenty to see at the show, including booths from manufacturers – all the major marques will be there, including the Big Four, Harley-Davidson, BMW, Ducati and Triumph, along with some smaller outfits, like Zero and Piaggio.

One of the coolest features of the show should be Thursday’s Vintage Rider Night, when the British Motorcycle Owners Club will showcase a display of bikes past and present, with an emphasis on the Isle of Man TT. Motorcycle. Motorcycle filmmaker Peter Starr will also be there, showcasing his racing documentary Take It to the Limit, originally released in 1980.

Friday and Saturday nights are Rock, Roll, and Race nights at the show, with music from Keith Diamond and the Rockets and Clayton Bellamy of the Roadhammers. Saturday is also SHE Rides night after 5 p.m., with a safety clinic, garage party, and other activities geared for women.

The Yamaha Riding Academy and Scooter school will also be at the show, along with a mini bike demonstration, a freestyle stunt show, a wheelie simulator, and travel seminars. The show, as usual, will run at Abbotsford’s Tradex Convention Centre.

Admission is $13 for adults, $8 for youths age 6-15, and free for children five and under, as long as they’re accompanied by an adults. A two-adult, two-youth family can get a day pass for $34, and a four-day adult pass is $30. Canadian armed forces members and veterans get in for free Thursday with a military photo ID. Youths get in for free after 5 p.m. with valid ID.

The show’s doors will be open 3 p.m.-9p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday.
