Castrol will be sponsoring Ten Kate Honda for another two years.
The high-performance oil company announced the continued partnership yesterday, just ahead of the Phillips Island Superbike test round.
It’s great for Ten Kate – international-level roadracing isn’t getting any cheaper – but it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise, as Castrol and Honda have been working together since 1959. Still, you can bet they’re happy to have Castrol signed up until the end of the 2013 season.
The Ten Kate Honda team starts testing at Phillips Island today. It’s their first time running the new Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade since it was released last fall.
