This year’s Mad Bastard Scooter Rally was a smashing success despite unrelenting wet weather and cool temperatures. The route, including the bonus loop, covered 726 km and wound through some of the most scenic areas of Ontario’s Muskoka region.
Ninety three participants raised more than $15,000 for the Kids Help Phone.
Percy Adler (Scooterman) took the overall win riding his 2009 Yamaha C3 scooter in the Straight Jacket class. In lieu of accepting the Kymco People S 125 grand prize supplied by Kymco Canada, Adler opted to let rally organizers raffle it off with the proceeds going to the Kids Help Phone. Class act for a Mad Bastard, no?
