The often colourful, sometimes controversial and always fast Steve Crevier returns to Canadian road racing aboard a Harley XR1200. The six-time Canadian Superbike champion from Maple Ridge, BC, has signed with MotoSport Plus of Kingston, ON to ride in the CSBK XR1200 Cup.

Crevier will be working with his longtime tuner, Pete Snell. The duo will be testing the XR1200 during the tire test taking place at Calabogie Motorsports Park tomorrow.

“Deeley Harley-Davidson has put together an excellent support program for anyone who wishes to race in the XR1200 Cup,” says Snell, “and with Steve in the series, it should be extra entertaining.” We concur.

Below is a video of Crevier the last time he was on a race bike, during an invitational ride in the Honda CBR125R Challenge at Shubenacadie last year.
