The new GSXR 600 and 750 are first to get the Brembos.
Italian brake component manufaturer Brembo announced yesterday that it will supply brake calipers for certain Suzuki models.
Suzuki has been using Brembos on its MotoGP and World Superbike machines for several years, and the firm will now fit Brembo brakes on some of its street bikes.
The first street-oriented Suzukis to use the new radial-mount four-piston monobloc front calipers are the redesigned 2011 GSX-R600 and GSX-R750 supersports.
According to Brembo, the supply of its brake compnents to Suzuki will last about three years. No news if it will be extended after this period of if other Suzuki models will use the Italian-made brakes.
