The Harley sidecar slips into history

Sidecars have been a staple of Harley’s accessory line since 1914 and have been used throughout the decades by police forces and military forces around the world.

Due to a decline in demand in recent years, which was exacerbated with the introduction of the Tri-Glide touring trikes, Harley has decided to end production of sidecars once the remaining 2011 model year orders are fulfilled.

Harley will no longer be taking new sidecar orders but will continue to provide customer support and parts and honour existing warranties.
