Catch them before it's too late

The Ontario Provincial Police Golden Helmets Precision Motorcycle Team makes a lot of appearances over a summer, but if you haven’t seen them yet, your chances for this year are drawing to a close as fall sets in.

The Golden Helmets will perform on Friday at 4 p.m. as part of the Brighton, Ontario, Applefest celebration.

The team will do their thing on Terry Fox Drive, and the show will be followed by a barbecue at King Edward Park.

The Golden Helmets were formed in 1963 and spends the summer months touring Ontario and giving exhibitions at fairs, festivals, and parades.

If you don’t get to Brighton on Friday, you can still see them in Ottawa this Saturday and Sunday, and on October 13 in Orillia. And then the curtain falls.
