Michelin Man meets Fat Bob

Michelin has teamed up with Harley-Davidson to produce a brand-specific tire with the H-D logo.

The Scorcher 31 will bear the Harley-Davidson name on its sidewall and uses a deep tread design to move water and improve grip.

It’s claimed to deliver high-mileage, good handling, and comfort.

The Scorcher will arrive full of air on 2010 Dyna Super Glide, Super Glide Custom, Street Bob, and Low Rider models.

This is the first original equipment fitment for Harley-Davidsons by Michelin, though the company has supplied after-market tires for the brand.

  1. May as well get into the market share Pirelli and Metzeller have allready looked into… As long as they keep making tires for other than cruisers. Not like two brands of exhausts that have given up on everything but cruisers.
