Two popular Canadian rock bands will play at the BMW Motorrad Summerfest at Mosport International Raceway on July 18.
Sloan, a Halifax group that has won four East Coast Music Awards and a Juno, and Crash Parallel, a Toronto band that won this year’s Canadian Radio Music Award for Best New Group of the Year, will play on the BMW Motorrad Concert Stage.
Summerfest is part of the Parts Canada Superbike Doubleheader weekend, running July 17-19. The motorcycle event will feature the BMW Marketplace, test rides of on- and off-road motorcycles, and an off-road skills course. BMW enduro rider Guy Giroux will serve as instructor in the skills course.
Also, during the race weekend, the Yamaha Riding Academy will put on free riding clinics for kids, and adults will be invited to demo Suzukis on the local roads.
