Rockies tour by Ayres

sm_090226ayres.jpg Ayres Adventures will offer a longer tour of the Rocky Mountains next year, with a ride that starts in Jasper National Park and ends in Denver, Colorado. The tour will also take in Banff National Park, Glacier and Yellowstone national parks in the U.S. and the Grand Tetons.

The trip will also be available in a reverse direction from Denver and that one will be timed to meet the Best of Alaska and Canada Adventure tour, so riders will be able to do a month-long ride from Denver to Alaska.

Meanwhile, Ayres will take on a fleet of new BMW R1200GS, F800GS, and two-cylinder F650GS motorcycles in April so that Canadian and Alaskan tours can be ridden on new bikes.
The 2009 North American tours are nearly fully booked.

Other Ayres tours coming up this year have some space available, including "Escape to Machu Picchu," which includes the ruins of Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca, the Atacama Desert, and Andes Mountains resorts, Argentina’s vineyares, and Iguassu Falls on the borders between Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay.
