A team of KTM riders showed their love for the 24-hour Numb Bum ice race at Sandy Beach, Alberta, over the Valentine’s Day weekend, by crossing the finish line seven laps ahead of the second place finishers.

Riders for KTM Canada-Cycle Works Team 35 were Patrick Beaulé, Todd Lindahl, and Joe Pruden.

The 14-km track was rough during early racing but improved as temperatures dropped, and the KTM riders were able to take over the lead in the eighth hour.

After 14 hours, the team began to pull away in the lead and was no longer challenged.
