KTM has shown a 990 at Milan that softens the supermoto look.
The T in SMT is four Travel, and the bike blends supermoto and dual purpose with touring styles, comes with the 999 cc twin that’s good for 114 hp, and weighs 196 kg (432 lb) dry.
There is also an SMR for harder use.
No word yet on Canadian availability.
That SMT would be the perfect upgrade from my Versys! I really hope they bring it to Canada!
I agree that KTM needs to bring this model to Canada. I also wish they developed a smaller v twin engine [maybe a 650] and put it into the 690SMC frame.

Looks great from the side doesn’t look as quirky as other KTMs, though that quirkiness is also what stands KTM out from the rest.
Pleeeeease bring it to Canada!
