Relief from life’s chores

If you’re tired of washing your bike, there’s relief in store, but you’ll have to ride down to Speedway, Indiana, to get it.

An automated touchless motorcycle wash system has been opened there for testing, and preliminary results are said to be good. The Moto Express Wash was invented by Mark Harrell after a chat with Paul Teutul Sr. from Orange County Choppers. Three years were spent creating the system and choosing the cleaners.

The motorcycle is ridden into the wash bay and then secured with blocks. The washing system goes through a pre-soak, wash, and rinse, and then an air-dry. Five minutes later, you’re on your way back to Canada.

Life just keeps getting better, don’t it?
