Will Polaris hit the jackpot?
Polaris Industries is reported to be upset with finance company HSBC, which has allegedly threatened to make retail credit applications tougher.
In order to prevent stricter credit rules from hurting sales, Polaris agreed to drop its financial services revenue, and that income fell by 41 per cent in the first quarter of this year.
Polaris is suing HSBC over the whole affair. The company makes Victory motorcycles.
