Just because the Easter bunny is dead doesn’t mean we can’t take a day off!
Apparently this is the earliest Easter we’ve had since 1914 (or something like). But that’s not important, what is important is that CMG is taking the offered holiday to shut down the editorial department for Easter Monday.
So Happy Easter everybody – back on Tuesday.
Oh yes, it’s also spring now (Equinox yesterday), so happy spring too … though it still looks like winter, in Montreal anyway.

Easter has nothing to do with bunnies or eggs or a long weekend. You’re arrested by the police for being 4 times the speed limit, you’re before the judge and there’s no wit, or charm that will get you off the hook. You’re thrown in the slammer because you don’t have money for bail. Someone you don’t even know hears about it, sells his 2008 R1 to raise the bail and you’re now free. That’s what easter is about. Your conscience tells you you’ve broken God’s moral laws – lying, stealing, blaspheming, fornication. We broke the law, someone else payed the price. Value it ! Happy Easter !
