The Vespa S, a
classically styled scooter, will be sold in Canada, its importer
confirms.
Vespa says the
scooter is a "minimalist version of the legendary seventies
models.” Of course, there’s some modern upgrades, such as a rectangular
headlight, a new tail light, an “aggressive looking air intake”
up front, and a more comfortable touring seat.
The 150 cc Vespa S
will retail for $5,295. Other Vespa models will remain at their 2007
pricing.
It’s hard to justify the difference in price between US at $ 4099 and $ 5295 in Canada.
