Concept Stunt by KTM
Mitterbauer H.

KTM showed a concept bike at the Paris
innovations fair, the Mondial de deux Roues, that should bring joy to
the hearts of hooligans everywhere.

The 690 Stunt appears ready for
riding on the wrong side of the law – or, preferably, on closed
courses – with a tail bar to protect the bike during extreme
wheelies, heavy-duty WP forks, lots of engine guards, and an
underseat exhaust that won’t get mangled in a fall.

It’s powered by
the new 690 cc single-cylinder engine seen in other models. Other
features include single-sided swingarm, and wheel guards to protect
fork sliders and brake components. A single disc brake
resides up front and out back.

It’s a concept bike, so the absence of
mirrors, instruments and other paraphernalia doesn’t necessarily mean
it won’t be street legal, but there are no current plans for production.
Still, a hooligan can dream …
