The Empulse TT is basically the same bike as the Brammo Empulse, only wearing the Victory brand now, after Polaris bought out Brammo's bike business. This machine makes Victory the first major manufacturer to bring an electric sportbike to market. The Empulse is the only prominent electric motorcycle to feature a gearbox, a six-speed. It also has regenerative braking.
