The Scout gets new Pirelli tires and cartridge fork internals, this is a decent entry-level cruiser compared to what's traditionally been standard in this field. But, it's also priced at the very highest end of entry-level cruisers. Its 1130 cc, liquid-cooled, DOHC motor also puts out more power than most other machines in this category. ABS is standard on all machines but Thunder Black models.
