The addition of Factory to the Tuono ads forged aluminum wheels, upgraded Ohlins suspension and Brembo brakes. It also gets an upgraded APRC electronics package and tweaked ergonomics. Like the standard Tuono, the Factory has leaning ABS and a quickshifter. It's a naked bike, sure, but it packs a lot of superbike features for the street.
