The Atlanticade motorcycle rally is on the move again, returning to Summerside, PEI, for 2020.
Over its 13-year history, Atlanticade has run out of different towns in the Maritimes. Atlanticade ran out of Summerside 2012-2014, but moved back to Moncton in 2015. Now, it’s headed back to PEI, with the Summerside apparently buying the rights to the festival, so it cannot be moved.
However, Atlanticade chairman Dale Hicks is said to be staying around for the transition period, to help Summerside organize the rally for 2020.
Official dates for Atlanticade have not been announced, but it’s expected to run the second weekend in August.
