Problem:Â On certain motorcycles, water could enter the rear brake light switch and cause it to fail. This could cause the brake light not to come on when the rear brakes are applied or it could cause the brake light to stay on continuously when the ignition is on.
Correction: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their motorcycle to a dealer to install an improved rear brake stop lamp switch.
