The Canadian Superbike championship makes its sole stop in Quebec this weekend, with a visit to Autodrome St-Eustache.

Jordan Szoke is the man to beat in Pro Superbike, as he’s been undefeated at Saint Moustache for years now, and is reckoned to know the shortish track like the back of his hand. Ben Young pressured him at Grand Bend, almost taking the win before getting tied up in backmarker traffic, but Szoke will no doubt have the upper hand from the get-go this weekend—that’s the benefit of decades of experience.

In Pro Sport Bike, Tomas Casas will no doubt have a pretty close duel with Mitch Card; only a single point separates them in the standings, and last year, both were on the podium at the Quebec race (Casas first, Card third). Pro Sport Bike has in many ways been the most consistently entertaining race in CSBK for a while, and no doubt it will be a narrow one again this weekend.

The Amateur Sport Bike and Amateur Superbike races are anyone’s guess, but in Lightweight Sport Bike, Jake Leclair is undefeated so far in the first two double-headers of the season. Can he keep his win streak alive this weekend? CMG’s managing editor Jacob Black will be racing that class this weekend as well, so show up and cheer the action on.

Practice starts Friday morning, with qualifying/Superpole on Saturday, along with the first race of the Lightweight Sport Bike double-header. The feature races run Sunday afternoon; full weekend schedule is up at the CSBK website.
