It’s still a couple days until the EICMA show officially opens, but some photos of the KTM 790 Adventure have already hit the Interwebz.
Asphalt & Rubber has photos of what is allegedly the new parallel twin adventure bike. Just like the prototype that showed up a couple weeks back, it’s a bit awkward looking. It’s unclear what’s up with that bulk in front of the engine, down low, but it seems that it’s part of the design.
The 790 Duke will likely officially break cover at EICMA this week, and maybe this 790 Adventure, too, if this is a production-ready model.

One more thing: “it’s a bit awkward looking” comment seems odd as most of the ADV KTMs are just that – awkward looking.
I wonder if that “bulk” in front of the engine is nothing more than styling like Honda did with the CRF 250 Rally. Hopefully KTM will actually use that space intelligently.
