Suzuki announces V-Strom 250 price in UK

Suzuki has announced its MSRP for the V-Strom 250 in the UK, and it’s coming in at the lower end of the price range.

British riders will pay £4,599 for the V-Strom 250 when it shows up in dealerships there this October, MCN reports. That’s a pretty reasonable price for a mini-adventure bike, as it puts it in the same price range as the GSX-250R sport bike, which is priced at £4,299 in the UK.

In Canada, the GSX250R sells for $4,699, which would put the V-Strom 250 at around the $5,000 mark in our market, theoretically. However, we haven’t been told yet whether or not it’s coming to our market.

The V-Strom 250 was confirmed at last year’s EICMA show. Like the GW250 and GSX-250R, the V-Strom 250 is based around a made-in-China 250-class liquid-cooled parallel twin. It’s probably going to be the lowest-priced machine in the suddenly booming mini adventure bike class.
