The crazy minibike cross-continental run we told you about in December is now on, with Bean’re and his buddy headed to California from Florida.
Bean’re (you may have seen his books or bumped into him at a rally) and his friend Tim Ford left Daytona Sunday morning, en route to San Diego. They were dressed as the Blues Brothers, as one does when traveling across the country on a minibike.
Anyway, so far they’ve had a few flats riding across the southern US, with a police officer pulling over to help them change a tire out Monday. Check out the blog  for the rest of the story here; we’re sure there will be plenty more adventures to come, so keep an eye on it for the next few days.
