Rumour confirmed: MotoGP, WSB to air on beIN television network

The rumours that have been floating around for a couple of weeks have been confirmed: MotoGP and World Superbike will be broadcast this summer on North America’s beIN television network.

The deal sees races carried on beIN SPORTS, beIN SPORTS en Español and beIN SPORTS CONNECT (which will deliver the racing to your smartphone or tablet in HD — no TV required!). It’s big news for North American viewers, who have mostly been restricted to watching racing over the Internet after WSB and MotoGP owner Dorna’s North American TV deals fell through. The price of watching online wasn’t cheap, which deterred many viewers.

Of course, access to MotoGP and WSB’s streaming service offered replay capability, not just for the most recent race, but for historical races as well, with lots of other benefits. The events weren’t interrupted for advertising, and supporting races such as Moto2 or Moto3 were fully available.

  1. DAZN advertises that they carry MotoGP with their partner Bein. They did not have the season opener and I see nothing noting they will have Austin covered. I contacted Dazn twice after signing on. I asked for my money back. Crickets.
