Videos of the Fundy Adventure Rally are starting to pop up on YouTube; here’s one of our favourites so far, from Scotia Adventure Crew.
Although the Scotia Adventure Crew had the good sense to avoid waterlogging their bikes, you can see what the riders who attempted the water crossings were up against. The Crew actually managed to re-unite Team Maribal through some backwoods navigation, after a river crossing left two riders on the far side with one bike. The Crew put together a human chain across the river, helped one of Maribal’s rider’s reconnect with his KLR, and guided him around the crossing to his teammate.
The Crew was one of the more successful teams at this year’s Fundy Adventure Rally. Click on the video, and enjoy their ride and their story, told their way.
