2015 Bol D’Or results

The 2015 Bol D’Or endurance race ran yesterday, wrapping up the 2015 Endurance World Cup.

Team SRC Kawasaki won the 79th running of the classic French endurance race, with Gregory Leblanc, Matthieu Lagrive, and Fabien Foret teaming up for the win on a ZX-10R. They completed 684 laps in a time of 24:01:22.895.

Second place went to  GMT94 Yamaha (David Checa, Kenny Foray,  and Matheiu Gines) who managed 682 laps on a YZF-R1. Third place went to Suzuki Endurance Racing Team (Vincent Philippe, Anthony Delhalle and Etienne Masson) who completed 677 laps aboard a GSX-R 1000.

Team Penz13 ended up in sixth, which still wasn’t enough to propel team member Markus Reiterberger past Jordan Szoke in the standings for the BMW Motorrad Race Trophy (Szoke’s slipped to second, behind Roland Resch).

The EWC championship goes to the Suzuki team, who racked up 154 points. You can see the final standings below.
