Turns out there’s another Mission Impossible movie coming out this month (titled Mission Impossible: Convincing Moviegoers To Shell Out For Another Installment In This Franchise). And once again, ridiculous motorcycle stunts return.
This time around, they’re releasing little teaser trailers about the bike stunts ahead of time, explaining why the stunts supposedly look so real. Whether the stunts are actually realistic is up for debate, but at least Tom Cruise always does his best to get some bike scenes into his movies. You can’t blame him if the producers then put together a goofy action scene with motorcycle tires that change from slicks to knobbies, mid-chase …
Anyway, there’s two clips below. The first is a mini-trailer about the motorcycle chase scenes, and how they’re put together. The second is a behind-the-scenes look at Tom Cruise’s long-serving stunt double, Tom Crooze.
