Victory’s dropping more video of their new custom flat tracker, with release of another video featuring #Project156.
The clip shows us several new views of the motor, and it seems to confirm CMG’s suspicion: While Victory is calling this a “prototype” engine, it looks an awful lot like a reworked motor from the Indian Scout.
In the clip, the Victory team talks about the difficulty of racing a piston-powered bike up Pikes Peak. The changes in elevation mean it’s very difficult to make an internal-combustion engine perform at its peak the whole way – no pun intended. Which makes us wonder: Why not just use their electric motorcycle? Maybe they’re saving that for next year?
