Zero’s 2015 lineup to be unveiled this week

The 2015 Zero motorcycle lineup will be unveiled this week at Intermot.

Every year, Zero’s electric motorcycles get faster and go farther. While other manufacturers may make more exciting battery bikes, Zero’s machines are the bikes that your average buyer can actually afford, and they’ve made tremendous improvements in a very short time. They aren’t ready to replace your CBR or KLR, but they are getting closer to becoming a viable option for many riders.

There haven’t been any hints as to what the 2015 Zero models will look like, or what upgrades they’ll receive. But judging from past releases, they’ll likely have almost identical styling to the previous year’s model, and receive a slight upgrade in riding range and power.

The bikes’ North American launch will take place at the AIME show in Orlando later this month.

““We see Intermot and AIMExpo as the perfect platforms to unveil the 2015 motorcycles to the world. Both events provide a great venue to interact with riders, dealers and the press,” said Scot Harden, Zero’s marketing guru. “We are confident that the new line will exceed expectations and look forward to seeing how the motorcycle world responds.”
