Victory has set their sites on the custom bagger market with their latest machine, the Magnum.
This is a bike, not a six-shooter, but they’re still hoping it will blow you away, with a load of features – there’s a big 21-inch front wheel (16-inch rear wheel), six-speaker 100-watt stereo, matched paint throughout (even on the inners of the fairings), and of course there are further paint customization options, accessory exhausts and other bolt-on stuff available.
Who is this bike for? Certainly not adventure riders, despite that 21-inch hoop up front! Nope, this bike is for someone who wants a factory custom (an oxymoron, if we ever heard one), but doesn’t have $30,000 for a Harley-Davidson. This Victory comes in around the $20,000 mark in the US, or so we hear.
The Magnum will be powered by Victory’s Freedom 106 engine.

As to who its for, I’d say its for someone who likes the style of the Harley bagger but wants a better overall motorcycle – for less money.
