Triumph has unveiled special editions of their Bonneville and Speed Triple models.

Triumph Street Triple SE
Here’s the upgraded Street Triple SE. There’s some carbon-fibre pieces, and new paint.

Most of the changes with the new bikes seem to be cosmetic; the Bonneville gains a skid plate and passenger grab bar, but the rest of the difference is in the looks department.

The Bonneville SE gets new front head signals and headlight, black mirrors, a red frame and a black-and-red colour scheme. The seat is new, too. You can see more pix of the bike in the gallery below.

The Speed Triple gets a distinctive blue frame and swingarm, and a Matte Graphite with twin Matte Blue decals colour scheme.

There’s also a new carbon-fibre front mudguard, side pods, tank cover panel and inner radiator panels. The fly screen, belly pan and seat cowl are all colour-matched, and there’s a new rubber tank pad and clear rear light.

The special edition gets the lightweight treatment with carbon fiber front mudguard, side pods, tank cover panel and inner radiator panels. The color-matched fly screen, belly pan and seat cowl all come as standard, as well as neat finishing details such as a rubber tank pad and clear rear light.

There’s also a restyled clutch, alternator and sprocket cover, and blue wheel pinstripes, restyled silencer heat shields, handlebars and clamps, and new mirrors.

The SE models will be available at dealerships after May 1; the Bonneville SE is priced at $8,999, and the Speed Triple SE will set you back $14,999.
