As the Intermot and EICMA shows approach, the manufacturers are teasing us with more news of new models. Here’s information on two more.

First up, here’s an alleged spy snap of the 2013 KTM 1190 Super Duke that’s been making the rounds of the interwebs this morning. Supposedly, it was uncovered by the goodfolks at KTMMania.net.

Since it’s just a prototype, it doesn’t have KTM’s famous orange paint job, but it does have that same de-tuned RC8 motor the 1190 Adventure is supposedly getting. As always with these spy shots, we’re sure we’ll know much more once these bikes are unveiled on show circuit.

Speaking of motors – Honda CEO Takanobu Ito has supposedly confirmed that Big Red is working on a Honda sport bike with a new V4 motor. His comments came during his end-of-the-year fiscal speech.

Of course, this news has Honda fanboys very excited, but leaves us all wondering whether this machine will replace the current inline-four CBR1000RR, which hasn’t seen significant updating in a while, or if it will be sold alongside the CBR.
