The California Scooter Company has announced they are adding a 250 cc motorcycle to their lineup.

Right now, the California Scooter Company (or CSC) is known for building retro-styled 150 cc motorcycles that harken back to the Mustang motorcycles built in Glendale, California in the 1940s, 50s, and early 60s. Now, they build motorcycles in a factory in La Verne, California, with Taiwanese motors based on Honda’s CG125.

Well, every other manufacturer in China and Taiwan is punching that 125 cc motor out to 250 cc these days, and CSC is following the trend. They’re building a 250 cc bike they call the P-51; it seems to have the same basic design as their earlier machines.

Of course, we don’t know yet if they’ll import this to Canada, but if you’re curious, you can contact the Canadian importer through their Facebook page or contact Clem directly at 647-403-6696.
