The Canadian Superbike Championship series has announced K&N Performance Filters will be the title sponsor of the Pro Sport Bike class this season.

The news comes as CSBK looks forward to its pre-season test at Shannonville on June 7. It’s a bit of a year of change for CSBK – main series sponsor Parts Canada left last fall, prompting all sorts of speculation over roadracing’s future in Canada. Thankfully, CSBK has managed to hang on to some major sponsors, like K&N, and add other major sponsors, like Bazzazz and Mopar.

Jodi Christie will be the number one plate holder in the Pro Sport Bike class this season; the 19-year-old from Keene, ON, a former national champ in the Amateur Sport Bike class, took the pro series last summer on his Honda CBR600RR.
