Seat builder Saddlemen is bringing a new seat onto the market that’s aimed squarely at dual sport/adventure riders.
Saddlemen has been building aftermarket seats for cruisers and sportbikes for years, but now they’ve expanded their lineup to include the Saddlemen Adventure Track Seat, for the BMW GS 1200, Triumph Tiger 800, Suzuki V-Strom 650 and 1000, DR-Z 400, DR650, Ducati Multistrada, Honda XR650L, Kawasaki KLR650, Yamaha Super Tenere, KTM Adventure 990 and 950 and Super Enduro 950.
The seat looks like it has some interesting features, including optional heating elements, and an integrated cargo system that will allow you to attach Saddlemen’s proprietary adventure luggage system to the bike. The adventure luggage hasn’t been released yet, but you should find the mounting points useful for strapping other items down to the seat.
The seat has a dual-foam system to keep your backside comfortable, as well as Saddlemen’s SaddleGel and patented Gel Channel; it’s covered with weather-resistant synthetic microfibre for the driver and a rubberized seat cover for the passenger, to provide more grip.

Looks interesting and I would certainly consider buying one, if they actually made it for my poor, orphaned bike.
